| AlBaraka Islamic Bank’s Pakistan Operations are headed by Mr. Shafqaat Ahmed who has more than 40 years experience of banking in Pakistan and abroad. He is a graduate of Foreman Christian College, Lahore with majors in Economics. He is also a fellow of Institute of Bankers in Pakistan. His experience varies from Corporate Finance, Capital Markets to Portfolio Management. Since 1992, he is associated with Islamic Banking and has attended/addressed various courses seminars and conferences organized by various international organizations. |

| Mr. Ayyaz Ahmed is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and Chartered Institute of Secretaries of Pakistan, with over 21 years of working experience in the Financial services Industry. Before joining AlBaraka in 2006, he served as the Chief Financial Officer with Askari Leasing Ltd. for 8 years, as the Controller finance and Company Secretary with National Asset Leasing for 7 years. He did his Audit Training with Ford, Rhodes, Robson, Morrow, Chartered Accountants, and has attended and conducted various courses and seminars / courses on legal, corporate relations, finance and information technology. |

| Mr. Arif Mahmood Chaudhary has twenty five years of rich multidimensional banking experience with major length of exposure in Corporate Credits and Islamic Financing. Prior to joining AIB, he has served Grindlays Bank, Emirates Bank and Faysal Bank. He has been actively participating in the strategy making and product development along with successful implementation and launching mechanics. He specializes in evaluating project financings, portfolio based & individual risk evaluation and credit management. He has attended a large number of banking courses during his career. |
