Satisfactory valuation of property by the approved valuators of Bank.
Satisfactory legal opinion on the title of the documents of the property from Banks approved lawyer to the effect that a valid and subsisting charge can be created on the property in question.
Completion of all mortgage formalities as per lawyers advice
Execution of all charges and security documents including but not limited to finance agreements and Memorandum of deposit of title deeds etc.
Accepted facility advice letter along with monthly rental and buyout schedule.
