General Terms and Conditions

  • Satisfactory verification of personal information provided to the Bank in the application form.
  • Clean CIB report and data check report
  • Satisfactory valuation of property by the approved valuators of Bank.
  • Satisfactory legal opinion on the title of the documents of the property from Banks approved lawyer to the effect that a valid and subsisting charge can be created on the property in question.
  • Completion of all mortgage formalities as per lawyers advice
  • Execution of all charges and security documents including but not limited to finance agreements and Memorandum of deposit of title deeds etc.
  • Accepted facility advice letter along with monthly rental and buyout schedule.
