Financing can be availed from a period of 3 years to 20 years as per the following details:

3 to 20 years, If new house is being purchased, otherwise the tenor will be 20 years minus the age of the house. |

| Purchase of Land & Construction of House |
3 to 20 years
Purchase of land will be allowed only on the condition that construction will be started within 6 months of the purchase of Plot. |
