A. Housing Musharakah Finance

1. Variable Rate Option:

1-year KIBOR Plus 3%

2. Fixed Rate Option:

1 year : 12.5%
2 years : 13.5%
3 years : 14.5%

(In fixed rate option, customer can choose 1 to 3 years period for fixing the rate, after which it would be re-determined by the Bank, during the tenor of the facility)

B. Car Ijarah
