A Group of Volunteers from Al Baraka Bank spent a day, celebrating the Independence Day, with the Children at The Citizens Foundation (TCF) School. On this occasion, the school was painted green and white with Pakistan Flags, buntings and balloons. During the day, children from Primary and Secondary section presented various art based activities on stage, depicting the importance of celebrating Independence Day. Children took part in speeches, small stage dramas, tableau, singing of national songs etc.
Flag hoisting ceremony, followed by singing of National Anthem was also conducted. The enthusiasm, passion and the energy of children was a treat to watch. Concluding the ceremony, Gift hampers were distributed amongst the attending children.
Al Baraka is a proud sponsor of The Citizen’s Foundation (TCF) Schools, and appreciates all the efforts put in by various individuals within TCF, to make it happen for the less privileged. Development of Education sector, through various activities and funding is one of the primary concerns of Al Baraka, in the longer run.
